SCOUTING CAPITAL & FAMILY ADVISORS ASSISTS METALMECCANICA SPAGGIARI IN THE SALE TO ENDEAVOUR
- Parma, 28 April 2025 – The shareholders of Metalmeccanica Spaggiari S.r.l. (‘Metalmeccanica Spaggiari’), an Italian company specialising in the design and production of solutions for lifting, transport and storage of materials, have signed an agreement for the sale of a majority stake in the share capital to Endeavour S.r.l. (‘Endeavour’).
- Metalmeccanica Spaggiari, a company based in Fontevivo, Parma, has been a reference point in the design and manufacture of certified load handling machines since it was established in 1976. More recently, the division for the design and manufacture of tailor-made automation systems has been added.
- In the transaction, the shareholders of Metalmeccanica Spaggiari were assisted by Scouting Capital & Family Advisors as financial advisor, with a team led by Managing Partner Filippo Bratta.
- PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti acted as legal advisor with a team composed of director Giulio Della Casa and senior associate Andrea Pallone, coordinated by partner Filippo Zucchinelli.
- Endeavour was assisted by Mantegari e Bologna Avvocati Associati with partner Gianluca Bologna.
