Milan, January 2020 <\/em>– EXSTO SAS, a French group active in the plastics industry and the main operator in the polyurethane elastomer moulding sector, has acquired 100% of the shares of Cervellati srl, a company based in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO), one of the national leaders in the industrial rubber processing and in the production of technical articles made of rubber, compact and expanded polyurethanes and Vulkollan’\u00ae.<\/p>\n

The closing took place on 17 December 2019, through the purchase and sale of all the shares in Cervellati srl, sold by the shareholders Stefano Cervellati and Laura Dalmonte.<\/p>\n

Exsto sas, with its 4 international plants is present in 90 countries and, with the acquisitions of Emil-Gomma (2019) and Tecnotec (2015), has strengthened over the years its presence in Italy, which it further consolidates with the purchase of Cervellati srl.<\/p>\n

Scouting Capital Advisors<\/strong>, an independent professional structure specialized in Corporate Finance and M&A, with a team composed of senior analyst Riccardo Donadel<\/strong> and managing partner Marco Musiani<\/strong>, assisted as financial advisor the company Cervellati srl in the acquisition by the French company.<\/p>\n

The operation involved: for legal assistance to Cervellati srl, Foschini Pagani Law Firm, with a team led by Paolo Foschini, while Exsto sas was assisted by Rucellai & Raffaelli, with partner Enrico Sisti and senior associate Paolo Belli. Fiscal aspects were handled by Studio Moscatelli Commercialisti, with a team consisting of partners Francesco Nesci, Salvatore Cucca and Massimo Moscatelli for Cervellati srl, while Studio Colombo, in the person of Dr. Graziella Colombo, assisted Exsto with fiscal and due diligence aspects.
