Milan, March 25, 2021 –<\/em> The shareholders of Unigel S.r.l. (“Unigel”\u009d)<\/strong>, a company among the leading producers of frozen bakery specialties, sold 100% of the share-capital to Dolciaria Acquaviva S.p.A. (“Dolciaria”)<\/strong>, a leading company in the production of frozen bakery products whose reference shareholder is represented by the investment company Ergon Capital, which operates in the mid-market with over \u20ac1.5 billion under management.<\/p>\n

Unigel has been advised by Scouting Capital Advisors, through Scouting Corporate Finance, <\/strong>as financial advisor, with a team led by Managing Partner Giuseppe Mario Sartorio<\/strong>, Manager Richard Pratissoli <\/strong>and analysts Riccardo Ricci<\/strong> and Mario Giorgetta<\/strong>. Legal advisor for the transaction was the law firm NCTM, led by Partner Pietro Zanoni, while Giuseppe Traldi of Commercialisti & Associati was the fiscal advisor.<\/p>\n

In the transaction, Dolciaria has been asdvised for the legal aspects by the law firm Hi.lex and, for the fiscal aspects, by ‘\u00a0Russo De Rosa Associati.<\/p>\n

Unigel has been able to conquer an important position in frozen bakery products thanks to its leading product Schiocco, which represents the union between a special bread and a croissant. Unigel products are sold in the most important brands of large-scale retail trade, as well as in the Ho.Re.Ca channel, especially in northern Italy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
