{"id":4432,"date":"2022-10-17T11:21:03","date_gmt":"2022-10-17T09:21:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stpg.it\/?p=4432"},"modified":"2022-10-17T11:21:03","modified_gmt":"2022-10-17T09:21:03","slug":"euregio-plus-sgr-with-the-support-of-stpg-scouting-capital-advisors-starts-a-real-estate-investment-fund-in-the-tourist-sector-in-trentino-alto-adige-sudtirol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scoutingadvisors.com\/en\/euregio-plus-sgr-with-the-support-of-stpg-scouting-capital-advisors-starts-a-real-estate-investment-fund-in-the-tourist-sector-in-trentino-alto-adige-sudtirol\/","title":{"rendered":"EUREGIO PLUS SGR WITH THE SUPPORT OF STPG &#8211; SCOUTING CAPITAL ADVISORS STARTS A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FUND IN THE TOURIST SECTOR IN TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE\/S\u00dcDTIROL"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Bolzano, Oct. 17, 2022 &#8211;<\/em> The Euregio+ Tourism Fund represents an instrument, complementary to the banking system, available to the territory <strong>to improve the quality level of the hotel offer of the Trentino-Alto Adige\/S\u00fcdtirol Region. <\/strong>The tourism sector, although penalized by the pandemic crisis and geopolitical events, continues to be one of the main drivers of the region&#8217;s economy, contributing more than 30 percent of the total added value, and needs reliable financial partners who are attentive to local dynamics.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Precisely because of its <strong>innovative and flexible approach, <\/strong>the vehicle is able to support investments in the area&#8217;s hotel facilities in order to enhance the value of local resources and accelerate <strong>energy upgrades and environmental sustainability improvements. <\/strong>This operation, thanks to the right combination of <em>know-how <\/em>and financial resources, guarantees the <strong>growth of local operators <\/strong>interested in strengthening their <strong>managerial skills <\/strong>and facilitates the <strong>generational transition <\/strong>in the regional tourist reception system, thus avoiding a depletion of the accommodation offer attributable to factors of an endogenous nature (e.g. <em>governance <\/em>crisis).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Such investments, attentive to environmental, social and <em>governance <\/em>aspects, will be able to strengthen the image of &#8220;<strong><em>leadership in sustainable quality<\/em><\/strong>,&#8221; also in view of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Euregio Plus is also advised on legal and regulatory issues by GIM Legal.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Alexander Gallmetzer, President of Euregio Plus SGR <\/strong>says <em>&#8220;Our SGR works in support of public partners and in the interest of investors to increase development opportunities in the region.
