He began his career in 1981 within <strong>Credito Italiano <\/strong>as a <em>Portfolio Manager <\/em>and, in 1991, he then took on the position of <em>Head of EuroBond Sales. In <\/em>1995 he joined the Unicredit universe: initially in <strong>UniCredit Banca Mobiliare <\/strong>with the role of <em>Head of Financial Institution Sales Italy<\/em>, then in 2003 in <strong>UniCredit Markets &amp; Investment Banking <\/strong>where he held the position of <em>Head of Institutional Investors Italy <\/em>and finally, in 2007, with the move to <strong>UniCredit Private Banking <\/strong>first as <em>Global Advisor<\/em>, then as <em>Head of Global Advisors &#8211; Marketing &amp; Advisory Department. <\/em>From 2020 to 2022 he served as Chairman of the Financial Product Innovation commission in <strong>AIPB <\/strong>(Italian Private Banking Association) and today is a member of the Financial Services Technical Commission.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>&#8220;We are delighted to welcome Carlo to STPG Tra Partners Scouting SIM as figures with such a strong knowledge and experience in the sector cannot but represent an important competitive advantage for us,&#8221; <\/em>says <strong>Ilaria Mori, Founding Partner and Chief Business Officer STPG Tra Partners Scouting SIM<\/strong>. &#8211; <em>With his entry, the Group continues on its path of growth and strengthening of its areas of excellence and the expansion of its activities in selected contiguous and synergic areas&#8217;.<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For <strong>Carlo Manzato<\/strong>, <strong>Managing Director STPG Tra Partners Scouting SIM<\/strong>: <em>&#8220;I have identified in STPG a unique reality that offers investment banking and wealth protection services, focusing on corporate finance, family office and international club deals.
