{"id":4697,"date":"2023-09-20T10:28:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T08:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.stpg.it\/?p=4697"},"modified":"2023-09-20T12:14:45","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T10:14:45","slug":"stpg-scouting-capital-advisors-assisted-frigomec-in-acquisition-of-lonardi-claudio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scoutingadvisors.com\/en\/stpg-scouting-capital-advisors-assisted-frigomec-in-acquisition-of-lonardi-claudio\/","title":{"rendered":"STPG SCOUTING CAPITAL ADVISORS ASSISTED FRIGOMEC IN ACQUISITION OF LONARDI CLAUDIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Legnago, Sept. 20, 2023 \u2013 <\/em><strong>Frigomec S.p.A.\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>\u201cFrigomec\u201d),<\/em> a leader since 1967 in the production of key components for refrigeration and air conditioning systems, <strong>has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Lonardi Claudio S.r.l. <\/strong>(<em>\u201cLonardi Claudio<\/em>\u201c), a company operating since 1949 in the cold sheet metal stamping industry with a strong specialization in deep drawing operations of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metal materials.<\/li>\n<li>The completion of the transaction will create a <strong>production hub <\/strong>in the industrial area of Legnago with a total workforce of more than <strong>300 employees <\/strong>and a <strong>consolidated turnover on a pro forma basis for 2022 of more than 62 million euros. <\/strong>With the entry of Lonardi Claudio, Frigomec will be able to further develop its expertise and expand its target markets.<\/li>\n<li>The operation was made possible thanks to <strong>financial support <\/strong>from <strong>UniCredit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>STPG, through STPG Scouting Capital Advisors, <\/strong>in collaboration with Studio Giarratana \u2013 Salin &amp; Partners of Vicenza<strong>, assisted the shareholders of Frigomec <\/strong>as financial advisor with a team composed of <em>Managing Partner <\/em><strong>Filippo Bratta<\/strong>, <em>Associate Director <\/em><strong>Elena Dal Pozzo <\/strong>and <em>Analyst <\/em><strong>Jacopo Mazzoleni. <\/strong><strong>Studio Biscozzi Nobili Piazza <\/strong>acted as legal advisor with a team composed of <em>Partner <\/em><strong>Avv. Giancarlo Cortese<\/strong>, <em>Senior Associate <\/em><strong>Avv. Edoardo M\u00f6rlin <\/strong>and <em>Junior Associate <\/em><strong>Avv. Luisa Galeotti.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>With regard to <strong>Financial, Accounting and Tax Due Diligence<\/strong>, Frigomec was assisted by <strong>Studio Giarratana \u2013 Salin &amp; Partners<\/strong>, with a team composed of Dr. <strong>Erik Giarratana <\/strong>and Dr. <strong>Luca Bonardi, <\/strong>and, <strong>for labor law aspects, <\/strong>by <strong>Studio Belligoli with a team led by Lawyer Gianpiero Belligoli.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>STPG <\/strong>and <strong>Studio Biscozzi Nobili Piazza <\/strong>also handled all financial and legal aspects related to the financing of the transaction. <strong>Studio Molinari Agostinelli <\/strong>acted as legal advisor to Unicredit, with a team composed of Partner <strong>Avv.
