Thanks to continuous research, experimentation and a visionary entrepreneurial spirit, it has become a benchmark of made-in-Italy excellence in the world and an international leader in high-end nautical.<\/li>\n<li>Margraf-originally Industria Marmi Vicentini-was founded in 1906 in Chiampo, Vicenza. Today, after more than 100 years, the company is counted among the <strong>world\u2019s leaders <\/strong>in the extraction and processing of marble for the world of design, from construction to architecture and even boating.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scouting Capital Advisors <\/strong>acted as financial advisor to the Vrech family, with a team composed of <em>Managing Partner <\/em><strong>Filippo Bratta<\/strong>, <em>Director <\/em><strong>Richard Pratissoli<\/strong>, and <em>Analyst <\/em><strong>Eleonora Preto<\/strong>. For legal aspects, the Vrech family was assisted by <strong>Pavia e Ansaldo law <\/strong>firm with a team composed of <em>Partner <\/em><strong>Daniele Carminati<\/strong>, <em>Counsel <\/em><strong>Chiara Andreotti<\/strong>, <em>Senior Associate <\/em><strong>Cristiano Piroli<\/strong>, and <em>Partner <\/em><strong>Valentina Simonelli <\/strong>and <em>Senior Associate <\/em><strong>Saverio Schiavone <\/strong>for <em>labor <\/em>and <em>real estate <\/em>aspects, respectively.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Magurano Rossini and Associates <\/strong>handled the tax aspects of the transaction on behalf of the sellers, with a team consisting of <strong>Maurizio Rossini <\/strong>and <strong>Marta Dagli Orti<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Margraf was assisted by Deloitte Financial Services, as financial advisor, with an integrated team composed of <em>Partners <\/em><strong>Lorenzo Parrini <\/strong>and <strong>Andrea Zen<\/strong>, <em>Director <\/em><strong>Graziano Paliotta <\/strong>and <em>Manager <\/em>Giorgio Dalla Vigna.
