Stefano Iseppi, CEO of Terme di Castel San Pietro dell\u2019Emilia, will be the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Terme di Cervia e Brisighella.<\/li>\n<li>With this operation, <strong>Anusca consolidates and strengthens its position in the thermal sector<\/strong>, integrating Terme di Cervia with the already controlled Terme di Castel San Pietro into a single industrial vision. According to 2023 figures, both Spas are growing and <strong>the new pole will account for about 20% of the total services provided by the Spas of Emilia-Romagna<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Group is already developing a <strong>multi-year investment plan <\/strong>aimed at improving energy efficiency and enhancing care and prevention activities. The aim is to expand the offer and further improve the quality of services, in cooperation with the National Health System. The growth strategy also includes the development of offers at special rates for Anusca members throughout Italy, in order to make the benefits of thermal cures accessible to an increasingly broader public.<\/li>\n<li>The operation, made possible thanks to the <strong>strategic, financial, legal and negotiating advisory support of Scouting Capital Advisors and Boldrini Pesaresi &amp;
