The transaction is the starting point of an ambitious project aimed at transforming Green Alliance into a <strong>European leader in its reference market<\/strong>, also through the aggregation of other complementary companies.<\/li>\n<li>The operation is part of a context of <strong>rapid evolution in the biomass sector<\/strong>, with the aim of <strong>strengthening Italy\u2019s role as a European player in the distribution of renewable energy derived from wood sources<\/strong>. Green Alliance aims to integrate skills, resources and distribution networks, improving the stability and reliability of supplies, with concrete benefits for the entire market and for end consumers.<\/li>\n<li>Thanks to rationalised logistics and economies of scale, the group will be able to <strong>optimise operating costs<\/strong>, ensuring <strong>more competitive prices <\/strong>and <strong>greater <\/strong>product <strong>availability<\/strong>, in line with the principles of environmental and economic sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>The entrepreneurs already at the helm of the three companies involved in the operation \u2013 <strong>Daniele Rigamonti <\/strong>(Woodtech Group), <strong>Francesco Fabbri <\/strong>(Ricci Pietro) and <strong>Pietro Di Sarno <\/strong>(My Fire) \u2013 will assume the role of <strong>operating partners of Green Alliance <\/strong>while also remaining at the helm of their companies, maintaining significant <strong>managerial autonomy<\/strong>, guaranteeing continuity and enhancing the accumulated experience.<\/li>\n<li>In the transaction, <strong>My Fire <\/strong>was assisted by <strong>Scouting Capital Advisors, <\/strong>with a team composed of Managing Partner <strong>Davide Milano<\/strong>, Associate Director <strong>Marco Croci and <\/strong>Analyst <strong>Davide Vallosio<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>Intergroup <\/strong>shareholder team composed of CFO <strong>Enzo Russo <\/strong>and Administration Manager <strong>Francesco Antinozzi<\/strong>.
