The combination of ULMA\u2019s experience in packaging and automation technologies and Rama\u2019s expertise in line systems guarantees tailor-made solutions of high quality and operational efficiency. With jointly developed state-of-the-art technologies and an established presence in more than 80 countries, <strong>the integration opens up new opportunities in the major markets of Europe, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>ULMA <strong>Packaging <\/strong>is part of the ULMA Group, one of the <strong>largest industrial groups in northern Spain<\/strong>, with a presence in <strong>more than 80 countries <\/strong>and a <strong>team of more than 5,500 professionals<\/strong>. The company is strongly committed to sustainability, developing packaging solutions that use recyclable materials and reduce environmental impact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rama<\/strong>, based in Orsenigo (Como), has been designing and manufacturing <strong>innovative machinery and systems for packaging automation for <\/strong>over 20 years, offering solutions tailored to customers\u2019 specific needs. Using state-of-the-art technology, the company manages every phase of the project, from design to installation and after-sales service, thanks to a team of highly qualified professionals with in-depth knowledge of the packaging sector.<\/li>\n<li>In the transaction, <strong>ULMA Packaging <\/strong>was assisted by <strong>Scouting Capital Advisors <\/strong>as financial advisor of the transaction<strong>.
