Following the completion of the transaction, <strong>Prima Additive\u2019s headquarters will remain in Italy<\/strong> and its management team, including its <strong>CEO Paolo Calefati<\/strong>, will remain unchanged and will play a pivotal role in Sodick\u2019s strategy of growth in the field of advanced laser technologies.<\/li>\n<li>The acquisition will enable Sodick to <strong>expand its product portfolio<\/strong> and <strong>strengthen its presence in the European market<\/strong>. The combination of the two companies is expected to generate <strong>strong synergies<\/strong> across various industrial sectors, product portfolios, and sales regions, fostering <strong>significant growth in the metal 3D printing industry<\/strong>. The transaction is particularly relevant due to the <strong>complementary nature of the two companies\u2019<\/strong> offerings in terms of technologies, products, target market sectors, customers, applications, and geographical reach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prima Industrie<\/strong>, a global leader in automated lines and machines for sheet metal working and industrial applications controlled by Alpha Private Equity and Peninsula Capital, with the sale of Prima Additive will increase its strategic focus, through its brand Prima Power, on its core business and further strengthen its leading position in the sheet metal working and laser cutting machinery market. This transaction is in line with the \u201cEvolve by integration\u201d strategy implemented by Prima Industrie\u2019s management to increase operational efficiency and to accelerate international growth, strengthening technological leadership in integrated and automated solutions for sheet metal working.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sodick<\/strong>, founded in 1976 and headquartered in Yokohama, operates globally with offices in Asia, Europe, and America. The company is a leader in the production of computer numerical control EDM machines, high-precision wire EDM, CAD\/CAM systems for mold design and manufacturing, injection molding machines, and high-speed manual drilling machines.<\/li>\n<li>In the transaction, <strong>Prima Additive\u2019s shareholders were assisted by Scouting Capital Advisors<\/strong> as financial advisor, with a team led by Managing Partner <strong>Giuseppe Mario Sartorio<\/strong>, Director <strong>Richard Pratissoli<\/strong>, and Associate Director <strong>Andrea Isacchi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>For legal matters, <strong>Prima Industrie<\/strong> was supported by <strong>Studio Legale Chiomenti<\/strong>, with a team composed of Partner <strong>Avv.
