The integration will enable BioEnergy Europe to leverage the strengths of Green Alliance\u2019s logistics and operational platform, generating <strong>synergies <\/strong>in procurement, wide product availability, <strong>price stability <\/strong>and <strong>management efficiency<\/strong>. Green Alliance will integrate expertise, resources and networks to ensure more stable and reliable supplies for the benefit of the market and consumers.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Green Alliance <\/strong>Group, with more than 15 warehouses throughout the country, moves more than 400 thousand tons of pellets. With this operation<strong>, it will exceed 100 million euros in sales<\/strong>, advancing its project of positioning itself as the <strong>Italian leader <\/strong>in the distribution of energy from renewable woody biomass.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BioEnergy Europe<\/strong>, a company based in San Giovanni la Punta (Catania, Italy), reported revenues of about <strong>8 million euros in 2024 <\/strong>and boasts a widespread sales network throughout the territory, with a strong presence in the Sicilian large-scale retail sector. In the past five years it has <strong>quintupled turnover<\/strong>, with an average annual growth rate of <strong>45 percent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the transaction, <strong>Green Alliance <\/strong>was assisted by <strong>Scouting Capital &amp; Family Advisors <\/strong>as financial advisor, with a team composed of Partner <strong>Davide Milano <\/strong>and Associate Director <strong>Marco Croci<\/strong>. <strong>Giovannelli e Associati <\/strong>acted as deal advisor for the transaction with a team composed of Senior <strong>Associate Francesca di Lorenzo<\/strong>, as well as Associates <strong>Giorgia Palmas <\/strong>and <strong>Edoardo Pietricola<\/strong>.
