{"id":5856,"date":"2026-09-30T15:14:22","date_gmt":"2026-09-30T13:14:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scoutingadvisors.com\/?p=5856"},"modified":"2026-10-08T15:52:53","modified_gmt":"2026-10-08T13:52:53","slug":"scouting-advises-si-express-on-the-sale-to-fortidia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scoutingadvisors.com\/en\/scouting-advises-si-express-on-the-sale-to-fortidia\/","title":{"rendered":"Scouting advises SI Express on the sale to Fortidia"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em>Turin, 30 September 2026 <\/em>\u2013 The shareholders of <strong>SI Express<\/strong> \u2013 an Italian company specialising in urgent B2B shipments and <em>time-critical<\/em> transport solutions \u2013 including <strong>Harcos<\/strong>, an investment club deal promoted and co-invested by Harcos Capital Partners, <strong>have signed a definitive agreement to sell a majority stake in the company to Fortidia<\/strong>, an international group providing e-commerce fulfilment, shipping, logistics, marketing and printing services to micro, small and medium-sized businesses and consumers, <strong>controlled by BC Partners.<\/strong>The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.<\/li>\n<li>SI Express\u2019s current shareholders will retain a minority stake and will continue to contribute to the company\u2019s development alongside Fortidia.<\/li>\n<li>The agreement is part of <strong>Fortidia\u2019s strategy to expand its logistics platform<\/strong>, which broadens its offering by integrating SI Express\u2019s expertise in road, air and sea transport and strengthens its presence in the Italian market.<\/li>\n<li>Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Nichelino (Turin), <strong>SI Express<\/strong> coordinates light and heavy road transport, complemented by air and sea freight solutions, and offers customs assistance and ongoing operational support. Its operating model is built on proprietary technology and a network of carriers, logistics partners, agents and correspondents in Italy and abroad, with operations across EMEA, the Balkans, North and South America, Mexico and China.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fortidia<\/strong> is the brand of <strong>MBE Worldwide<\/strong> and its affiliates, serving micro, small and medium-sized businesses and consumers in e-commerce fulfilment, shipping, logistics, marketing and printing. In <strong>2025<\/strong> it reported <strong>aggregate revenue of \u20ac1.4 billion<\/strong>, generated by a <strong>network of more than 3,200 business solutions centres<\/strong> in <strong>56 countries<\/strong> and <strong>more than 14,000 people<\/strong>, who served 900,000 business customers worldwide that year.<\/li>\n<li>In the transaction, <strong>SI Express\u2019s shareholders were advised<\/strong>by <strong>Scouting Capital &amp;
