SCOUTING CAPITAL & FAMILY ADVISORS ASSISTED EUREGIO+ TURISMO IN THE TRANSACTION SEEING FIRST ATLANTIC REAL ESTATE AND SIGNAL ACQUIRE THE HOTEL LINDENHOF
- Bolzano, 29 May 2026 – Scouting Capital & Family Advisors is the exclusive financial advisor to the Euregio+ Turismo Fund in the transaction that has led First Atlantic Real Estate and Signal S.p.A. to acquire the Lindenhof, a leading 5-star hotel for luxury tourism in the Merano area of Trentino-Alto Adige. The transaction comes at a time of significant momentum for the high-end mountain hospitality sector and combines strong local roots with future global expansion.
- The transaction’s financial structure is multi-layered and reflects a strong local presence. The Euregio+ Turismo Fund will participate directly in the shareholding as a preferred equity partner and mezzanine lender, alongside investors subscribing to junior equity, whilst the bank financing will involve several banks in Trentino-Alto Adige, led by Cassa Centrale Banca.
- The transaction envisages a gradual transition to build on the results achieved so far by the current management, implementing them through a plan of targeted investments. This will lay the foundations for a strategic evolution that will see the takeover, in 2027, by a prestigious international hotel management operator, selected for its ability to attract high-quality and additional tourist flows, thereby increasing the visibility of the property and the entire area.
- Nestled in a green setting with a large garden in Naturno, the Hotel Lindenhof is an 80-room wellness resort that combines hospitality, wellness and outdoor activities, with an offering designed for both adults and families. It features a large Spa & Wellness area with 7 saunas and 8 swimming pools, as well as family-friendly spaces, entertainment programmes and sports activities, including a climbing gym. The offering is rounded off by outdoor activities and a culinary programme focused on showcasing regional ingredients and in-house artisanal produce.
