SCOUTING CAPITAL & FAMILY ADVISORS ADVISES SI EXPRESS ON THE SALE TO FORTIDIA
- Turin, 30 September 2026 – The shareholders of SI Express – an Italian company specialising in urgent B2B shipments and time-critical transport solutions – including Harcos, an investment club deal promoted and co-invested by Harcos Capital Partners, have signed a definitive agreement to sell a majority stake in the company to Fortidia, an international group providing e-commerce fulfilment, shipping, logistics, marketing and printing services to micro, small and medium-sized businesses and consumers, controlled by BC Partners.The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
- SI Express’s current shareholders will retain a minority stake and will continue to contribute to the company’s development alongside Fortidia.
- The agreement is part of Fortidia’s strategy to expand its logistics platform, which broadens its offering by integrating SI Express’s expertise in road, air and sea transport and strengthens its presence in the Italian market.
- Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Nichelino (Turin), SI Express coordinates light and heavy road transport, complemented by air and sea freight solutions, and offers customs assistance and ongoing operational support. Its operating model is built on proprietary technology and a network of carriers, logistics partners, agents and correspondents in Italy and abroad, with operations across EMEA, the Balkans, North and South America, Mexico and China.
- Fortidia is the brand of MBE Worldwide and its affiliates, serving micro, small and medium-sized businesses and consumers in e-commerce fulfilment, shipping, logistics, marketing and printing. In 2025 it reported aggregate revenue of €1.4 billion, generated by a network of more than 3,200 business solutions centres in 56 countries and more than 14,000 people, who served 900,000 business customers worldwide that year.
- In the transaction, SI Express’s shareholders were advisedby Scouting Capital & Family Advisors as financial and M&A advisor, with a team comprising Managing Partner Davide Milano and Director Marco Croci.
