What we do
M&A Advisory
We deal with M&A buy side and sell side transaction in Italy and abroad, taking care of the whole negotiation process focusing on the financial side of each deal and coordinating tax, legal, business and environmental aspects.
We operate in both sell-side transactions (we identify industrial groups, financial investors or private investor groups, in Italy and abroad, that can best realise the value of the target company’s project) and buy-side transactions (we identify the best investment opportunities thanks to our experience and knowledge of the main sectors, and with the support of our international partners).
