SCOUTING ASSISTS INDUSTRIA CASEARIA SILVIO BELLADELLI IN THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF DWB PROTEINS
- Verona, 15 October 2025 – Industria Casearia Silvio Belladelli S.p.A., a company based in Villafranca di Verona specialising in the production of hard cheeses, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of its subsidiary DWB Proteins S.r.l., a company active in the production and processing of whey and its derivatives.
- The transaction was carried out through the purchase of the entire stake held by Denkavit Italiana S.r.l., a leading Italian company in the production of feed for young animals in the livestock sector.
- Scouting Capital & Family Advisors acted as financial advisor to Industria Casearia Silvio Belladelli S.p.A. with managing partner Filippo Bratta and associate director Marco Croci, while PwC Legal STA S.r.l. handled the legal aspects with a team composed of director Giulio Della Casa and manager Andrea Pallone, coordinated by partner Filippo Zucchinelli.
