Gianluca Maia is an Investment Manager at Scouting Capital & Family Advisors.
With 10 years of experience, Gianluca joined Scouting in 2025 with the goal of supporting and focusing on Scouting Investments’ activities.
He previously gained experience in Audit at KPMG, then in the Transaction Services division of Deloitte Financial Advisors, in M&A at Equita K-Finance, and finally, since 2021, in the Private Equity team at Green Arrow Capital SGR.
He holds a degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Parma.
